Who's better:Elton Brand or Jermaine O'neal in their primes?

I would take a prime Jermaine O'neal. Not only was he a six time all-star, but he was selected to the all-nba second team twice. Before his injuries, he was a great shot blocker/rebounder and had a post-up game compariable to Kevin Garnetts.
