What if I trade Ray Allen and Nate Robinson for Derek Fisher?

derek fisher is a top rank point guard yes but dont mess with the line up to much Rondo is not a shooter yet and ray allen has the best shot in the league jermaine o'neal also is NOT a small forward put him at power and pierce at small forward trust me that should work well.
