Please help! back problems!?

please help, for the past few days i have been having minor pains in my upper right shoulder. but all of a sudden, it just starting hurting when i breathe in and out, my upper right chest hurts but not my arm. please help! my mom said it could just be a pinched nerve but it hurts really bad
