There is water in my ear and it hurts!?

Ive been swimming In a new pool for two days and today I got water in my ear it won't come out I've tried sleeping on my ear alcohl in my ear banging my head to get water out but no luck yesterday my head was hurting I thought none o it but today I've had bad headache and earache what do I do the pain o guess is mild but irritating and it feels. Like my ear is plugged???
