Ok Amber, u kinda helped me out so I'll try my best to help you out. well, i have to be honest so plz read till the end and do not get mad at what I'll say! I just know what I'm talking about cuz i was in kinda the same situation when i was a teenager. to me, he is your first crush. It is really hard to let go of the ones you love especially when you don't want it to happen. Also you kinda have low self-esteem and being with him would make you feel stronger. now that you lost him out of the blue, you feel lonely and with no emotional support. This is normal honey, what is going on here and why you feel all sick and throw up, is not because of him leaving you. it's because of you not believing in yourself and your future. If he only had told you that you are his best friend and had never told you that he loves you, then he never had and only used you for his stupid reasons. cuz when boys break up and do not give any particular reason why and just say it's me, not you, it means that they have never been into you! I'm sorry, but you have to know the reality and try to solve it. He will never come back to you cuz he didn't love you in the first place, so do not try to destroy yourself more. For me, my bf really loves me and i do love him in return, but for you, this relationship was just one way sadly. why you two shared a smoke? it is ridiculous! you act childish, smoking would not solve anything, it shows how insecure you are. Maybe if you change yourself and try to be the one that you really are, then he will come back to you. Become a good girl outside and inside, then all the boys will come your way even when you don't expect it. don't let peer pressure lead your life honey. Good luck!
