About a month ago i sprained my ankle pretty badly. It had gotten a lot better and doesn't hurt when i run because a week ago i started cheer and we run a mile everyday. We also do jumps. My ankle feels so much better and only hurts a tiny bit when we do kicks, but for some reason its still pretty swollen so i ice it everyday after practice. Is it bad to excersise so much or will it be helpful to strenghen it? Im just not sure since its still swollen.
